PRIVACY INFORMATION

How we handle website enquiries.

This notice explains the personal information involved when you contact us about our website services.

Who is responsible?

WEBIFY LIMITED, registered in Ireland under company number 761605. Registered office: Unit 2, 2 Bridge Street, Athlone, County Westmeath, N37 F1W4, Ireland. Privacy enquiries: hello@keldmere.com.

What we receive and why

There is no website enquiry form. Clicking a contact link opens your email application. If you email us, we receive the details you choose to send, potentially including your name, email address, business, website address and project requirements. These details are used to assess and answer your enquiry, prepare a requested quote and, if applicable, take steps towards a contract. Where you personally request a proposal, we generally rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps requested before a contract). For business contacts acting for an organisation, we may rely on Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and preparing requested quotes), subject to balancing those interests against your rights. If a contract is agreed, necessary records may also be kept to meet legal obligations. We do not use enquiry data for automated decisions or profiling.

Who handles the information?

The presently documented email delivery uses Namecheap forwarding, a Gmail inbox and Brevo for outgoing messages. These services handle email routing, storage or transmission. Data may be processed or accessed outside the European Economic Area, depending on the provider and service. We rely on the relevant provider arrangements and applicable legal safeguards where required; contact us for more information. GitHub states that visits to GitHub Pages sites result in IP-address logging for security purposes, regardless of visitor sign-in status. We have not intentionally implemented advertising analytics, cookies for tracking, or an embedded lead-collection service.

How long is it kept?

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to respond, follow up on the request and manage any related legal obligations or disputes. We periodically review enquiries that did not result in a client relationship. If an enquiry becomes a contract, records may be kept for applicable contractual and statutory retention periods. You may contact us to ask about the retention of your information.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Contact the email above. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie. Not every right applies in every circumstance. You are not required by law to send us an initial enquiry, but without enough contact details we may be unable to reply or prepare a quote.

What not to send

Please do not email passwords, security codes, payment-card data, confidential personnel information or sensitive customer records. Any authorised production access will be arranged separately.
